On the lower level, I included a flexible bedroom that easily transforms into a study or den, offering adaptability for changing lifestyles.

Ascending the custom staircase, the upper level reveals a primary suite defined by vaulted ceilings and quiet luxury—designed to be both restful and inspiring. Adjacent to it, a third bedroom or den offers breathtaking, panoramic views of Elliott Bay and the Seattle skyline—a moment I designed to feel like a painting in motion.

Finally, the private terrace completes the experience—carefully positioned and proportioned for entertaining or quiet reflection, with views that never compete, only complement.
